Refund Policy

LPG GROUP provides paid access to the TripleDial CRM platform.

Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• A refund request is submitted within 3 days of the initial purchase, and
• The platform has not been used to make any phone calls. Telecommunications charges incurred through the dialer are non-recoverable and therefore non-refundable.

Non-Refundable

After the refund period has expired, payments are non-refundable as access to the software platform is provided immediately after purchase.

Renewal payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
