By using the MultiDial CRM platform you agree to the following terms:
Service
- The platform is provided to team members of LPG GROUP, LLC for use in the company's property-acquisition campaigns. It is an internal tool and is not offered as a software or telecommunications service to the general public.
- All leads, telephone numbers, campaigns, recordings, and deal records within the platform are the property of LPG GROUP, LLC. Users work company-assigned campaigns only.
- Telecommunications services are procured and managed by LPG GROUP, LLC as the sole customer of record with its carriers. Users do not receive telecommunications services for their own business purposes. Resale, subletting, or sharing of platform access, numbers, or calling capability is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- The service may not be used for unlawful activities.
Account & Access
- LPG GROUP reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- LPG GROUP may update or modify the platform to improve functionality.
